ym200 Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ym200", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ym200 platform, its operating entity, and its licensed successors and assigns.
• "Platform" — the ym200 website accessible at ym200.net, including all sub-pages, mobile browser versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a registered user (Member) on the Platform, through which the Member accesses all ym200 products and services.
• "Member", "you", "your" — any natural person who has successfully completed the ym200 registration process and whose account is in good standing.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's ym200 wallet at any given time, including any applicable bonus credit subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free credit granted by ym200 to a Member, which is subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Member from their own nominated payment account that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or gaming round placed by a Member using their Account Balance on any product offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ym200 before processing withdrawals or confirming Member eligibility.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all ym200 transactions are denominated unless otherwise stated.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any product-specific rules, bonus terms, and the ym200 Privacy Policy.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with ym200, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older as evidenced by a valid government-issued identification document.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded by ym200 from the Platform at any prior time, unless your exclusion period has formally expired and ym200 has reinstated your account in writing.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of ym200, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any third-party supplier or service provider to the Platform.
• You are not acting as an agent or proxy for another person, and the Account funds belong entirely to you.
• You are not prohibited from engaging in online betting or gaming activities under any applicable law, court order, or regulatory restriction applicable to your personal circumstances.

ym200 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements — even if discovered after registration — may result in account suspension, void of any pending wagers, and forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits made by ineligible Members will be returned via the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ym200 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

ym200 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at other points in the account lifecycle at ym200's sole discretion, including upon registration, following unusual transaction patterns, or upon a Member's request to increase deposit or withdrawal limits.

ym200 operates a range of promotional offers including but not limited to: new member welcome bonuses, daily rebates, weekly reload bonuses, refer-a-friend incentives, seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events (Idul Fitri, Lebaran, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year, Independence Day), and the Black Diamond VIP programme. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or shared payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ym200 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where fraud, abuse, or technical error is suspected.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonus offers unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit this.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be completed within the stated timeframe. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• ym200 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and void related winnings if it determines that a Member has exploited a bonus in bad faith, employed mechanical or automated strategies to meet wagering requirements, or provided false information to obtain a bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ym200 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance (including winnings), and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting system errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to circumvent the intent of a bonus promotion.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, including chip dumping at poker or baccarat tables.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment account that is not registered in the Member's own verified name.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point in the account relationship.
• Attempting to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ym200's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, any Account, or any use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ym200 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or interruption to access to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond ym200's reasonable control (including but not limited to ISP outages, telecommunications failures, or government-ordered access restrictions).

ym200 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available without interruption or error. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, technical upgrades, and external attack events may temporarily affect access. ym200 will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime where practicable.

ym200 collects and processes personal data from Members for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and communicating promotional offers where the Member has consented to receive them. ym200 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All personal data held by ym200 is stored on secured, encrypted servers. Members have the right to request a copy of their personal data, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data where ym200 has no legal obligation to retain it. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

ym200 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. ym200 strongly recommends that Members set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the Account Settings panel before commencing play.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Controls: Members may set a maximum session duration after which they are automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Members may configure periodic pop-up reminders displaying cumulative session time and net wagering position.
• Time-Out Periods: Members may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days through Account Settings or by contacting support. No deposits or wagers may be placed during a time-out period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. This action is irreversible.

ym200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ym200 will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform, providing a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the ym200 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept the revised Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and return of Real-Money Funds.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the ym200 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law as applied by ym200's licensing jurisdiction. ym200 is licensed and regulated internationally. ym200 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those in which it is licensed to operate.

By registering an account with ym200, Members acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform voluntarily and that they bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to them personally. ym200 reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ym200's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body nominated by ym200's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
